Terms & Policies

The terms, cancellation policy, and photo release that apply to lessons and services with Sannine Equestrian.

Section

Terms & Conditions

By booking a lesson, training ride, clinic, or other service with Sannine Equestrian ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("client") agree to the following terms.

Services

Sannine Equestrian offers private and group riding instruction, horse training, exercise and catch riding, competition coaching, and clinics throughout Central Florida. All services are provided by Sophia Allem or an approved instructor.

Booking & Confirmation

Lessons are requested through our booking form or Calendly. A lesson is not confirmed until you receive written or calendar confirmation from us. We currently do not require a deposit to hold a booking.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of the lesson unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle. Invoices and receipts are provided for every session.

Travel

Travel within 20 miles of Lake Mary, FL is included. Locations beyond 20 miles are subject to a travel fee starting at $10, scaled to distance. Any travel fee is confirmed before the lesson is booked.

Suitability & Safety

Riders must wear an ASTM/SEI-certified helmet and appropriate footwear (boots with a heel). We reserve the right to modify or end a lesson if we determine that conditions, tack, or the horse present a safety concern.

Liability

Equestrian activities involve inherent risks. All riders (or the parent/guardian of a minor rider) must complete our Liability Waiver prior to the first lesson. Florida law provides specific protections for equine professionals under §773.01–§773.06, Florida Statutes.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your booking applies to that booking.

Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, may be charged the full lesson rate at our discretion.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your lesson will still end at its scheduled time so the rest of the day stays on track. The full lesson rate still applies.

Weather & Safety

Lessons cancelled by us due to weather, footing, or a legitimate safety concern are rescheduled at no charge.

Trainer Cancellations

In the rare event we need to cancel, we will notify you as early as possible and offer the next available reschedule at no additional cost.

Horse Welfare

We reserve the right to modify, shorten, or cancel a session if a horse is not fit to work safely. Your welfare and the horse's welfare always come first.

Photo & Media Release

From time to time we photograph and film lessons, training rides, and events for coaching feedback and to share on our website and social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, and similar platforms).

Consent

By booking a lesson or service with Sannine Equestrian, you grant us permission to capture and use photos and video of the rider, horse, and setting for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes, without additional compensation. If the rider is a minor, this consent is given by the parent/guardian on their behalf.

Opt-Out

If you'd rather not appear in public content, just let us know in writing before your lesson — email sannineequestrian@gmail.com. We'll honor the request and remove any previously posted content on reasonable notice.
